Stephen is attacked with neuroweapons and suffers from different effects like remote neural monitoring, synthetic telepathy, sleep deprivation, social isolation, character assassination, gas lighting, propaganda campaigns and other sorts of Zersetzung methods.
Despite the heavy burdens of these secret measures being carried out against him, Stephen tries to live his life as best he can. He has a shop where he sells Scooters and motors. He trains in martial arts and keeps himself fit.
